An emotional first aid kit can provide an immediate, although temporary, positive effect on the way we think and feel. Having an emotional first aid kit readily available can help people who are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, or other mental and emotional issues.

You are not alone. There are others who have been where you are. The Hope for Healing Q&A forum is a place to connect those who are struggling with those who can offer help, hope and healing.
Recovery International (RI) was developed by neuropsychiatrist Abraham Low, MD, and is a system that has been giving people tools to live more peaceful and productive lives for over 75 years.
RI is a peer-to-peer, self-help training system to help individuals dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, nervous fatigue, sleeplessness and many other mental or behavioral health concerns. His methods help people to overcome their symptoms to lead productive, healthier lives.

3 Key Elements, founded by Kirk Duncan, has self improvement seminars available where people can learn techniques to improve relationships, expand awareness, and increase productivity and effectiveness in your life.
World class trainers provide contemporary training and a greater perspective for fine-tuning personal, family, and business communications.
If you can’t attend in person, no worries, there are online classes and downloadable audios available as well.
3 Key Elements also has professional mentoring available and even offers a free 30 minute mentoring session for new clients to see if this is right for you.
The Emotion Code/The Body Code, founded by renowned holistic physician and lecturer Dr. Bradley Nelson, reveals how to recognize and release trapped emotional energies that inhabit your body. Green Smoothie Girl (GSGlife), founded by Robyn Openshaw, is a resource for educating people about diet and nutrition. Robyn herself lost 70 pounds and cured herself of 21 chronic diseases by converting to a whole-foods, mostly plant-based diet. The Green Smoothie Girl provides information, videos, books, recipes, a line of health products, and a supported detox program.
Mental and emotional well-being are directly affected by physical well-being and vice versa. Improving nutrition and improving physical health can greatly enhance mental and emotional health.

Live Your Truth/Dress Your Truth, founded by Carol Tuttle, is an educational resource to learn about energy types, parenting tips, general information for healing, personal growth, and self-improvement. As the name suggests, Dressing Your Truth is also a fabulous resource for beauty and fashion.
